摘要
在对烧结机篦条糊堵原因进行分析的基础上,通过采取减少烧结过湿层,均衡使用除尘灰,改进篦条结构,增设烧结机篦条振打装置等措施,缓解了烧结机篦条糊堵现象。
Based on the analysis of mechanisms about grate sticking material, some countermeasures such as lowering wet bed depth, equally adding precipitator ash, modifying grate structure, amounting grate beat device etc, were adopted, and then the grate sticking phenomenon was reduced.
