摘要
为满足现代化管理和机组经济运行的要求,白山水电厂设置了梯调中心对现场设备实行远方集中监控。通过对全厂主、辅设备基础自动化元件的改造和计算机监控系统的投运,实现了厂站与上级调度"四遥"控制,提高了设备运行的稳定性和可靠性。对远方集中监控运行管理模式以及实施过程中暴露的问题进行了分析,总结了相应的处理和防范措施。
To meet the requirement of modern management and economical operation of units, a cascaded dispatching center is built to realize remote central monitoring of local equipment of the Baishan Hydropower Plant. Through reformation of the automatic components of the equipment in the plant, remote measuring, remote communicating, remote controlling and remote adjusting between the plant and dispatching center are realized, and thus the stability and reliability of the equipment are improved. The management mode of remote centralized monitoring and correlative problems in the implementation are elaborated, and relevant measures are proposed.
