摘要
电网系统自动气象站系统的技术指标宜参照现行的气象和水情自动测报系统相关规范的部分要求。数据采集及处理方式应符合国家气象局的标准,微功耗应用及数据传输宜参照水情自动测报系统标准。在没有找到更好的系统综合评价方式之前,水情自动测报系统的"畅通率"指标不失为一个可接受的参考指标。
The specifications of the AWS system for electric power grid dispatching should be compatible with relevant terms in present land weather observation and hydrologic remote measurement criteria. The mode of data acquisition and processing of the AWS should abide by the land weather observation rules and the data transmission mode of the AWS should refer to the criterion of hydrologic remote measurement system. Besides, the rate of normal operation, the key specification for the hydrologic remote measurement system, is also an acceptable concept for the AWS system.
