吉奥罗非鱼(新吉富罗非鱼♀×奥利亚罗非鱼♂)生长性能的评估 被引量:29

摘要 以新研制的吉奥罗非鱼(新吉富罗非鱼♀×奥利亚罗非鱼♂)为试验对象,新近推广的新吉富罗非鱼、以及养殖生产上普遍使用的奥尼罗非鱼(尼罗罗非鱼♀×奥利亚罗非鱼♂)、尼罗罗非鱼、奥利亚罗非鱼为对照,对吉奥罗非鱼的生长性能进行评估试验。主要结果:(1)绝对增重率(g/d):新吉富>吉奥>尼罗>奥尼>奥利亚,吉奥比新吉富低19.4%,但比奥尼、尼罗、奥利亚分别高60.3%、10.8%、112%,除吉奥与尼罗间差异不显著外(P>0.05),同其它3种罗非鱼之间差异都极显著(P<0.01)。(2)体重变异系数(%):奥尼>尼罗>吉奥>新吉富>奥利亚,其中,吉奥比奥尼、尼罗降低了31.1%、17.4%,除吉奥和奥尼间差异极显著外(P<0.01),同其它3种罗非鱼差异均不显著(P>0.05)。(3)成活率(%):新吉富>吉奥>尼罗>奥尼>奥利亚,其中,吉奥罗非鱼为96.5%,与新吉富(96.7%)相当,但比奥尼、尼罗、奥利亚分别高9.4%、3.4%、20.6%,除吉奥同新吉富差异不显著外(P>0.05),同其它3种罗非鱼差异均极显著(P<0.01)。(4)总之,同奥尼罗非鱼相比,吉奥罗非鱼绝对增重率高60.3%,成活率高9.4%,体重变异系数低27.5%,是一种生长性能优越的杂交罗非鱼。 A comparison study on the growth performance of new crossbreed of tilapia was carried out by using newly developed hybrid of NEW GIFT strain O. niloticus ♀× O. aureus ♂ as testing group , O. niloticus and O. niloticus ♀× O. aureus ♂ cultured popularly, and their respective parents NEW GIFT strain O. niloticus, O. niloticus, O. aureus as control group. Major results : (1)Absolute growth rate (g/d): NEW GIFT 〉 NEW GIFT ♀× O. aureus ♂ 〉 O. niloticus 〉 O. niloticus ♀× O. aureus ♂ 〉 0. aureus ,NEW GIFT ♀× O. aureus ♂ was 19.4% lower than NEW GIF-F but 60.3% ,10.8% ,112% higher than O. niloticus ♀× O. aureus ♂ , O. nilotieus, O. nilotieus respectively. There were most significant differences between any one of the other three tilapias and NEW GIFT ♀× O. aureus ♂ (P 〈0.01 ) except O. nilotieus and NEW GIFT ♀× O. aureus ♂ 6 (P〉0.05). (2)CV(%): NEW GIFT〉 NEW GIFT ♀× O. aureus ♂ 〉 O. niloticus 〉 O. niloticus ♀× O. aureus ♂ 〉 O. aureus,amoungthem NEW GIFT ♀× O. aureus ♂ was 31.1%, 17.4% lower than O. nilotieus ♀× O. aureus ♂ ,O. nilotieus, there were no significant differences between any one of the other three tilapias and NEW GIFT ♀× O. aureus ♂ ( P 〉 0.05 ) except O. nilotieus ♀× O. aureus ♂ and NEW GIFT ♀× O. aureus ♂ ( P 〈0.01 ). ( 3 ) Surival rates( % ) : NEW GIFT 〉 NEW GIFT ♀× O. aureus ♂ 〉 O. niloticus 〉 O. niloticus ♀× O. aureus ♂ 〉 O. aureus,thereinto, NEW GIFT ♀× O. aureus ♂ is 96.5% almost as NEW GIFT ( 96.7% ) but 9.4% ,3.4% ,20.6% higher than O. nilotieus ♀× O. aureus ♂ , O. nilotieus, O. nilotieus respectively, there were most significant differences between any one of three tilapias and NEW GIFT ♀× O. aureus ♂ ( P 〈 0.01 ) except NEW GIFT strain O. niloticusand NEW GIFT strain O. nilotieus ♀× O. aureus ♂ (P 〉 0.05). (4) In a word, compared with O. nilotieus ♀× O. aureus ♂, the new crossbreed showed a 60.3 % higher absolute growth rate (g/d) and 9.4 % higher surival rate, 27.5% lower variation coefficients. It indicates that the new crossbreed of NEW GIFT ♀× O. aureus ♂ is a good variety in growth-performance.
