An Analysis on the Improvement of Practical Ability of Young Teachers in Universities through National Electronic Devising Competition

本文从全国大学生电子设计竞赛的内容和特点出发,结合作者近年来指导学生参加竞赛工作中的体会,针对高校青年教师的特点,提出电子设计竞赛有利于高校实践教学的发展,阐述了高校青年教师应当注重自身实践能力的提高.

Based on the content and characteristics of National Electronic Devising Competition, focusing on the characteristics of the young teachers in university, this paper put forward the development of university practical education reaps benefits from Electronic Devising Competition with the experience which gains from the work of directing students to participate into the competition in recent years. Furthermore, this paper also illustrate young teachers in university should pay attention to the improvement of their self-practical abilities.
