试论部属师范大学实施师范生免费教育对教师教育的影响

A tentative study of free education for students in normal universities of the Ministry of Education

师范生免费教育制度于2007年5月正式在6所部属师范大学实施。这一制度的实施对于教师教育无论从宏观层面还是从微观层面都有着巨大的推动作用。但是为了更有效地推进师范生免费教育、促进教师教育的发展。还应该做好几个方面的工作:健全约束机制,以增加违约成本遏制违约行为;加强配套制度建设,从情感上留住优质人;加强对服务期限研究,制定细分化的服务时间段,更好发挥服务期制度的作用。

The free education is implemented in 6 normal universities since May, 2007. This plays a very important role pushing forward the teacher education program and the development of the teacher education. Meanwhile, it is urged to attend to the followings： building up a complete binding system to increase the cost of, and to restrict the behavior of, breaking contract; strengthening the supporting system, keeping the high quality teachers; and studying time limits of the service.
