摘要 在回顾已有服务增强概念界定的基础上,以产品层次理论为基础,结合对服务概念与产品质量概念的剖析,明确界定了服务增强研究的范畴、界限与基本内容,为后续研究奠定了基础。 This paper attempts to define the concept of service - enhancement of manufacturing based on model for product layer, as well as on the concept for service and product quality.
