摘要
从技术创新的原发性内在动力和再生性内在动力两个维度对我国企业持续自主技术创新内在动力缺失进行了深入分析。提出了革新企业所有制,健全企业高层管理者适用制度,提高技术创新的决策力和执行力,构建发展性技术创新评价激励机制等提升企业自主创新内在动力的对策。
This paper analyzes the lack of motivation of domestic enterprises for technological innovation, studies the pattern of profit distribution and the contradictions among executive bodies of technological innovation and the encouraging system, and illustrate how to promote the motivation for technological innovation.
