摘要 在对国外同类研究文献进行回顾的基础上,构建了企业高层管理人员的权力分配模式,通过对西安高新技术开发区企业的实证研究,分析和验证了高管团队权力分配与企业绩效之间的关系。 This paper constructs different TMT power allocation pattems and selects companies in Xi'an Hi -tech Industrial Development Zone as the empirical sample. Finally, structure equations modeling (SEM) is used to test the relationship between the power allocation in TMT and the enterprise performance.
