摘要
对不同结构的蜂窝纸缓冲垫作了力学性能分析,得到其结构的最优组合。首先在三维软件建立各种蜂窝纸缓冲垫的分析模型,用有限元软件分析在一定高度下增加层数和改变层的位置对其压溃能力的影响,为蜂窝纸板制品,尤其是缓冲垫的结构设计提供帮助。
Mechanical properties of honeycomb paperboard cushions of different structures were analyzed and the optimum structure was obtained. The cushion models were built in 3D software, which were in the same height but different layers, or the position of layer was different; their compression performance were tested and analyzed by FE software. The results provided helpful information for further design of honeycomb paperboard goods, especially cushion packaging.
