摘要
研究了PA/PE干式复合薄膜的熟化工艺。采用正交试验设计方法,初步确定了熟化温度和时间,在此基础上研究了熟化温度和熟化时间对薄膜性能的影响。实验结果表明:最佳熟化温度40℃、熟化时间32h,在此熟化工艺下,复合膜的各项性能满足要求,且溶剂残留量符合将要颁布的国家标准。
The curing process of PA/PE dry laminated film was studied. The curing temperature and time was preliminarily determined through the orthogonal experimental method, and the effect of curing condition on film properties was further studied. The resuhs showed that the optimum curing process was 40℃ and 32h, in which the film properties can meet requirement, and the solvent residual measured up to the national standard that will be promulgated.
