油墨叠印的密度与色度评价方法分析

Analysis of Densitometric and Colorimetric Evaluation Methods for Ink Trapping

分析了目前使用的油墨叠印的3种密度评价方法,然后从色度角度提出油墨叠印的3种色度评价方法。经过详细地从理论和试验上对这3种色度叠印评价方法论述,并对密度和色度叠印评价方法以及几种色度叠印评价方法之间的比较分析,认为油墨叠印的密度评价方法存在较多不足;而色度评价方法中的纽纶堡方程预测法对2次色的色度值预测精度不高;色度叠印和彩度叠印评价方法具有诸多优点,完全可以用于4色胶印产品的实际检测中。

Three evaluation methods currently used for ink trapping were analyzed with densitometric measurement. Three evaluation methods for trapping with colorimetric measurement were put forward. The different evaluation methods for trapping were analyzed and compared through experiment. It was concluded that densitometric evaluation methods for trapping have some shortcomings ; the accuracy of colorimetric values predicted with Neugebauer equations is not accurate enough; the colorimetric and chromatic evaluation methods for trapping give lots of advantages and can be used completely for practical test of printing products.
