摘要
为包装印刷设备设计了一种新型的离合压机构气压传动系统,以实现离合压工艺自动化。文中设计计算了气缸的缸径、行程、供气压力和输出力,确定了传动气缸的型号,对气缸进行稳定性验算,并绘制了气动系统图。本研究对于提高国产包装印刷设备设计水平,缩短与国外先进印刷机的差距有着一定的实际意义。
A new type of pneumatic system for package printing machine was designed to realize automatic impression. The diameter, stroke, pressure, and output force of the cylinder were designed. The type of the cyl- inder was selected and its stability was verified. The pneumatic system chart was drawn. The purpose was to improve design level of homemade press machine and reduce the gap between top grade ones in foreign country.
