摘要
通过对连续浸泡喷冲式洗瓶机工艺流程进行分析,明确了其主要工作参数与设计要求,总结出进出瓶运动工作节拍、瓶盒运动速度、浸泡时间等设计关键。为此类洗瓶机的结构优化设计、系列化设计和技术更新改造提供参考。
Technological processes of the continuous soaking and rushing bottle washing machine were analyzed. The working parameters and design requirements were determined. The design keys were concluded, including working time of bottle moving in and out, moving speed of bottle box, and soaking time. The purpose was to provide reference for optimum design, series design, and technical reformation of washing machine.
