腹腔镜下输尿管手术19例

Operation on ureter with laparoscopy (19 case reports attached)

目的探讨经腹腔镜行输尿管手术的临床疗效。方法对19例输尿管疾病患者采用经腹腔镜行输尿管手术,其中输尿管上段切开取结石术14例,肾盂输尿管成形术3例,输尿管下段整形膀胱再植术2例。结果19例手术均成功,术中出血量20～80ml,平均约45ml,术后住院时间4～12d,平均7d。所有患者随访2～6个月,静脉肾盂造影(IVU)或B超均提示肾积水明显改善,无输尿管狭窄。结论经腹腔镜输尿管手术具有创伤小、出血少、术后恢复快、住院时间短等特点,疗效肯定,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ureteral operation with laparoscopy. Methods Nineteen patients with ureteral diseases were treated with laparoscopy. In these cases, 14 cases underwent ureterolitbotomy ;3 eases, pyeloureteroplasty;2 cases ,ureterovesical reimplantation. Results All the operations were successful. The intraoperative blood loss was 20- 80ml（ mean 45ml）. And the postoperative hospitalization was 4 -12days（ mean 7d）. No complications occurred during operation and the follow up period was 2 -6 months in 19 cases. Conclusion The ureteral operation with laparoscopy has the advantages of minimal invasion,less blood loss and rapid postoperative rehabilitation . It is an effective and practical procedure.
