动脉粥样硬化与血栓形成的相关研究

摘要 目的探讨脂蛋白(a)(Lp(a))、纤维蛋白原(Fg)、组织纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)、纤溶酶原激活抑制物(PAI)与动脉粥样硬化(AS)的关系。方法检测75例AS患者血清(Lp(a)和血浆Fg、t-PA、PAI的浓度。另外选择健康人群65例作为对照组(CG)。结果(1)AS患者Lp(a)、Fg、PAI浓度明显高于健康对照组(CG)(P<0.01);(2)AS患者t-PA浓度明显低于健康对照组(CG)(P<0.05)。结论测定脂蛋白(a)、纤维蛋白原、组织纤溶酶原激活物及纤溶酶原激活抑制物有助于了解AS患者的病情变化和指导临床治疗及判断预后。 Objective To evaluate the association between lipoprotein(a) ,Fihrinogen,tissue plasminogen aetivators,plasminogen active inhibiting factor and atherosclerosis. Methods The concentration of lipoprotein ( a ) , fibrinogen, tissue plasminogen activators, plasminogen active inhibiting factor in blood samples for 75 eases of atherosclerosis were checked. At the same time ,65 eases of healthy people were selected as control group ( CG ). Results ( 1 ) Lipoprotein (a) ,fibrinogen and plasminogen active inhibiting factor increased obviously in atherosclerosis than in the control group. There was significant difference ( P 〈 0. 01 )between the two groups. ( 2 ) Tissue plasminogen activators decreased obviously in atherosclerosis than in the control group. There was significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ) between the two groups. Conclusion The determination of lipoprotein ( a ) , fibrinogen, tissue plasminogen activators and plasminogen active inhibiting factor is helpful to know the change condition, to predict the change of state of atherosclerosis,to guide the treatment and judge the prognosis.
