摘要
以不同地理来源的白绢病菌核为分离材料,分离获得了3株菌株,根据分离物的形态学及致病性特征,初步认为该病原菌为半知菌亚门,丝孢纲,无孢目,小核菌属的罗氏小核菌(Sclerotium rolfsiiSacc)。病原菌菌丝生长的最适温度为28~30℃,适宜生长pH值为5.0~8.0,适宜碳源为葡萄糖、麦芽糖、蔗糖、甘露聚糖,最适氮源为蛋白胨。
Three pathogenic strains (Sr-01, Sr-02, Sr-03) were isolated successfully.According to the morphologic character and pathogenicity from white rot sclerotia on Amorphopalluskon jac plant. , three strains were identified as Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc.The optimal temperature of mycelial growth was 28-30℃ ,and the optimal pH range was 5.0-8.0.The suitable carbon were glucose, malt sugar, cane sugar and mannosan. The optimal nitrogen was peptone.
