摘要
针对在STEP-NC技术条件下开展数控加工实验的需求,对基于STEP-NC的数控加工实验平台的构建技术进行了研究。确立了保证开放性的系统架构设计原则,实现了功能模块化、高弹性、高可扩展性的实验平台软硬件系统。研究结果表明,采用的架构设计原则、各功能模块设计实现的技术方法是正确和适用的,为发展新型的STEP-NC数控系统提供了技术基础与借鉴。
For meeting the demand of NC machining experiment under the conditions of STEP-NC technology, the construction of new NC machining experiment platform based on STEP-NC was researohed. With design principle to guarantee openness, the hardware system and software system were put up. The results of the research denote that, the design principle of platform architecture and the implement techniques of each functional module are applicable and proper, and provide technological bases and references for new STEP-CNC system.
