应用UG和Matlab实现蜗杆传动优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 蜗轮蜗杆机构是常见的机械传动机构,应用广泛,其复杂的齿面形状使得蜗杆传动机构的设计计算和造型均较为麻烦。Matlab是出色的科学计算软件,而UniGraphic(UG)具有强大的建模功能,两者在机械领域都有着广泛的应用。为完成蜗杆传动机构的设计,综合利用了两软件的特色功能,首先利用UG完成蜗轮蜗杆机构的初步设计,建立其实体模型;同时利用Matlab优化工具箱完成蜗杆传动的优化设计,得到优化结果;并成功建立优化结果与模型的连接,实现模型的更新。 Worm Transimission is a familiar mechanical gearing, with wide application. But the complex gear face makes its design and modeling so difficult. Matlab is a famous scientific computing software, while UG is well-known for its powerful modeling ability. For the respective characteristic, both of them were used in the worm transmission design, UG was used to finish the first design of worm drive and a solid model was obtained ;while the optimization design of worm transimission was carried on in Matlab. In addition, Excel sheet was used as a medium to establish the connection between Matlab data and solid model in UG, so that the model was updated by the optimization result.
