摘要
基于UG、ANSYS和VC++开发平台,开发了模板的集成设计软件HTFXS1.0。提出了模板参数化CAD关键技术,建立了模板参数化模型和参数驱动机制,开发了模板参数化CAD软件、CAE分析程序和优化设计程序。实现了CAD软件和CAE程序之间的数据共享交换机制以及调用机制,对CAD软件和CAE程序进行了集成。最后,给出了HTF530调模板的设计实例。
Based on UG, ANSYS and VC ++ , mould board integrated design software HTFXS1.0 was developed. Mould board parametric CAD main technologies were presented. Mould board parametric model and parameter drive mechanism were established. Mould board parametric design CAD software, CAE analysis and optimization programs were developed. The data share mechanism and program call mechanism between CAD software and CAE programs were implemented. The CAD software and CAE programs were integrated. In the end, a design example of rear mould board of HTF530 injection machine was presented.
