联合抗抑郁药治疗功能性消化不良的疗效观察

The effect observation of combining with antidepressants in treatment of functional dyspepsia

目的探讨联合抗抑郁药氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法将96例FD患者,随机分为两组,对照组48例应用内科常规治疗(抑酸药和/或促胃动力药),治疗组48例在对照组基础上加用抗抑郁药氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合治疗,治疗时间均为8周。以自制FD症状评定量表(FDSR)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定疗效。结果治疗8周,治疗组总有效率分别为83.34%(40)高于及对照组64.58%(31),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合抗抑郁药氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗功能性消化不良疗效显著,是一个理想的FD治疗方案。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of combining with antidepressants Deanxit in treatment of functional dyspepsia（FD）. Methods 96 patients with FD were divided into two groups： controlled group （n=48）,received routine medicine treatment, treated group （n=48）,which was given routine medicine treatment pulsing antidepressants Deanxit.They were all observed for 8 weeks,and were all assessed by FDSR,HAMD and HAMA.Results After 8 weeks ,the total effective rates were 83.34% in treated group and 64.58% in controlled group,significant difference was found between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion the routine medicine treatment pulsing antidepressants Deanxit has more satisfactory efficacy in functional dyspepsia.
