锦纶酸性染料染色残液的回用

选用三原色酸性染料对锦纶织物染色,回收染色残液,并将其相关指标调整至与初始染浴相同,在同样工艺条件下进行染色残液的多次回用试验。测试了残液染色试样的K/S值、上染率及各项染色牢度,并与原样比较。结果表明,染色残液回用的染样与原液染样的色差达到4级以上,相关染色牢度也非常接近。

K/S values, dye uptake, and color fastness were tested and compared with the initial sample, The results showed that color difference between samples dyed with reused effluent and the initial sample reached above 4 grades, and color fastness of them were approximate.
