摘要
按优化处方制备了紫苏醇亚微乳,并考察了其粒径、ζ电位、pH。优化处方所得亚微乳的平均粒径为(271.7±0.75)nm,ζ电位为(41.53±0.15)mV。HPLC法测定制剂含量,采用C18柱,以乙腈-水(40∶60)为流动相,检测波长210nm。紫苏醇在10~250mg/L浓度范围内线性良好(r=0.9996),三个浓度样品的回收率分别为102.8%、107.4%、101.5%,日内和日间RSD分别为0.78%、0.26%、0.20%和1.17%、1.23%、1.47%。
Perillyl alcohol submicron emulsion was prepared by optimized formulation, and its particle diameter, ξ potential and pH were investigated. The mean diameter and ξ potential were (271.7±0.75) nm and (41.53±0.15) mV. The content of the preparation was determined by HPLC. A C18 column was used, with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(40 : 60), at the detection wavelength of 210 nm. The calibration curve of perillyl alcohol was linear in the concentration range of 10 - 250mg/L (r=0.9996). The recoveries were 102.8%, 107.4% and 101.5% for three samples with different concentration. The RSDs of intra- and inter-day were 0.78%, 0.26%, 0.20% and 1.17%, 1.23%, 1.47%, respectively.
