延边森工局可持续发展评价体系的构建

Building of Sustainable Development Evaluation System of Yanbian Forest Industry Bureau

以延边森工局为研究对象,在了解其历史和现状及当前面临的机遇和挑战的基础上,根据可持续发展的概念和内涵,构建了延边森工局可持续发展评价体系。该评价体系分为目标层、一级指标层(3个因素)和二级指标层(23个子因素)3个层次,涵盖了生态、社会和经济3个方面,可以对延边森工局的发展状况作出较客观的评价。

Taking Yanbian forest industry bureau as an example,and according to the conception and connotation of sustainable development,an evaluation system of sustainable development for Yanbian forest industry bureau was established on the basis of understanding its history,actuality,opportunity,and challenge in this paper.The evaluation system had three levels： target level,first class criteria level containing three factors,and second class criteria level containing twenty-three sub-factors,which covered the ecology,society and economy aspects.The development status of Yanbian forest industry bureau could be evaluated objectively by using the evaluation system.
