摘要 建立了原子荧光光谱法测定苹果醋中硒的分析方法,并对HNO3-HClO4和HNO3-H2O2两种消化体系进行了比较。方法线性范围0-200ug/L,相关系数0.9999,检出限分别为0.134ug/L和0.159ug/L,回收率分别为96.0%和102.0%。 A method of hydride generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometry was proposed in the present paper for determination of selenium in apple - vinegar. Two methods of HNO3 - HClO4 and HNO3 - H2O2 to digest were compared. The linear range was 0 - 200 ug/L, the correlative coefficient of the calibration curves was 0.9999. The detection limits were 0. 134 ug/L and 0. 159 ug/L respectively. The recoveries were 96.0% and 102.0% respectively.
