摘要
改进了丁烯氧化脱氢制丁二烯生成气各组分的分析方法,增加了对生成气中CO对CO_2体积含量比率及H_2含量的测定。详述了方法改进后生成气中各组分的分析条件。与原分析方法相比,改进后的方法能准确测定各气体组分,并与标准试样相符。
The analytical method for components of process gases in oxidati-ve dehydrogenation of butene into butadiene was improved by increasing the determinations of volume ratio CO/CO2 and the H2 content. The analytical conditions of the components in process gases were described in detail. As compared with the original analytical method which could not determine the content of CO accurately and omited the detection of the component H2, the improved method can determine the gas components accurately and the results agree with those calibrated with standard samples.
