膝关节滑膜炎的中西医结合治疗

TCM combined of westen medicine treatment of gonarthromeningitis

目的:通过中西医结合的办法针对膝关节滑膜炎进行治疗。方法:运用中药外敷、内服、理疗、针灸、西药对症输液及膝关节镜介入疗法针对87例膝关节滑膜炎患者进行对症治疗。结果:根据临床疗效评定标准,平均随访8个月,痊愈62例,显效19例,有效6例,临床效果得到肯定。结论:根据膝关节滑膜炎产生的病因病理进行分析分型,结合临床不同表现采取中西医结合治疗的手段对取得疗效进行讨论评估。

Objective ： combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine for the treatment knee synovitis. Methods ： medicine and topical, oral administration, physical therapy, acupuncture, Western medicine and arthroscopy symptomatic infusion therapy intervention against 87 cases knee synovitis patients received symptomatic treatment. Results： Based on the clinical efficacy assessment standards, with an average follow- up of eight months, 62 patients recovered, effectual 19 cases, six cases of effective, clinical effect was reaffirmed, conclusion ： According to discuss the causes of knee synovitis pathological analysis type, combined with the clinical performance of different combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment to the means to assess the effect of discussion.
