摘要 综述了国内外镀锌层上各种不同无铬钝化的特点及其发展现状。指出随着环境保护要求的提高,用低毒或无毒的钝化剂取代铬酸盐钝化是镀锌层钝化的主要研究方向,尤其钼酸盐钝化、有机类钝化及有机类与无机盐混合钝化有着较好的应用前景。 The development and features of chromate-free passivation for Zinc coating are summarized.Point out that as the environmental protection become stricter,future research in Zinc coating passivation will focus on the transition from chromate passivation to low toxicity or non-toxicity passivators,especially molybdate passivation,organic passivation and the mixing passivation of organic and inorganic will have a better application foreground.
