摘要
介绍了采用数字化虚拟技术对临床常用皮瓣进行可视化设计与重建,并成功重建出背阔肌肌皮瓣、股前外侧皮瓣、足背皮瓣、小腿外侧皮瓣及其毗邻结构的三维可视模型。指出重建的三维结构可以多彩色、透明或任意组合显示,经不同角度观察具有整体显示清晰、实体感强的特点,它为显微外科教学提供了新的理论和技术方法,并为进一步骨科数字虚拟教室的建立打下基础。
The paper introduces the digital simulation technique in visualized design and reconstruction of flap commonly used in clinic. The three-dimensional reconstructed visible models of anterolateral thigh flap, latissimusdorsi musclocutaneous flap, dorsalis pedis flap and sural island flap were constructed. The anatomic relationship and adjacent structures can be perfectly displayed. The reconstructed three-dimensional structure can be presented in multiple colors, transparence or random combination, and has the characteristic of clear overall presentation and strong sense of substantiality. It provides a new theory and technological method for microsurgery teaching and lays foundation for the construction of orthopedic digital simulation classroom.
