摘要
成品油管道通常采用顺序输送方式输送各种油品,沿途设有多个分输站。随着油品分输,流量呈阶梯状递减,管径也随之发生变化。针对成品油管道的特点,在对其工艺方案优化设计问题进行系统分析的基础上,根据优化变量为管材、管径、设计压力、出站压力和顺序输送周期等,约束条件主要有水力约束、强度约束、泵站特性约束等,建立了长输成品油管道工艺方案优化设计的数学模型。该模型的最优准则是:管道在设计寿命期内所需要的总费用现值最小。总费用现值包括管道初始投资费用、运行维护费用现值和能耗费用现值。
Aimed at the characteristics of product pipeline and based on the systematical analysis of process scenario optimum design, a reasonable mathematical model for the process scenario optimum design of long distance product pipeline is established, which takes pipe material, pipe diameter, design pressure, outlet pressure and batch transportation period as optimization variables and hydraulic constraint, intension constraint and pump station characteristic constraint as main constraint conditions. The optimization criteria is that the total expense present value needed within the pipeline design life is minimum, which consists of initial investment cost, the expense present values of operation, maintenance and energy consumption.
