复壁管道穿越江河技术研究与应用

摘要 吉林油田新木10号接转站站外管道穿越松花江段工程施工采用漂管过江、单吸式挖砂沉管等施工方法。管道漂江前设置限位桩,利用浮筏等牵引设施完成漂管,当管道漂过江后用单吸式挖砂船将管道下沉,达到设计要求时采用固井车对套管进行注浆,至注浆终凝后完成管道穿越工作。经工程实践和经济技术论证,认为该综合施工方法具有良好的技术、经济和社会效益,可广泛应用于中型河流穿越,值得在国内管道施工中推广应用。文章介绍了该施工技术应用过程。 In the project of pipeline crossing Songhuajiang River near xinmu No.10 Block Station of Jilin Oilfield, the construction method was adopted,in which the pipeline passes the river by floating and thepipeline sinks by a single suction dredge. The position limiting piles are set up prior to pipeline floating operation, then towing equipment including rafts are used to implement pipeline floating operation. After the pipeline passes the river, a single suction dredge is used for pipeline sinking operation. As the design requirements are satisfied, mud is inject into casing pipe by a cementing truck until the mud reaches final set. Untill this stage, the pipeline crossing is completed. With the engineering practice and the economic and technical demonstration, this construction method shows that it has favorable technical, economical and social benefits and can widely be applied in medium-sized river crossing. This paper describes the concrete application of this construction method.
