斑蝥素对6种害虫的毒杀作用 被引量:15

摘要 采用斑蝥素以不同杀虫方式处理6种害虫,结果显示:斑蝥素对所有害虫都具触杀作用,对部分害虫具有胃毒作用,而无内吸、熏蒸作用。斑蝥素对白足额根叶蝉的效果最为明显,致死中量为0.00331μg/♀,其次为褐飞虱、叉突竹飞虱、小菜蛾和白背飞虱,24 h后的致死中量分别为0.00915μg/♀、0.01001μg/♀、0.01830μg/头和0.01896μg/♀,小地老虎3龄幼虫对斑蝥素最不敏感,致死中量为0.9005μg/头。 Six pests were treated by cantharidin with different patters to study the insecticidal effect. The results show that cantharidin has the contact activity agaist all tested pests and the stomach activity agaist some pests, but no systemic activity and fumigant actiivity. Mukaria pallipes was the most sensitive to cantharidin, and the LD50 value was 0. 00331μg/♀. In the next place, The LD50 of Nilaparvata lugens, Bambusiphaga furca, Plutella Xylosella and Sogatella furcifera treated by cantharidin after 24h was 0. 00915μg/♀, 0. 01001μg/♀, 0. 01830μg/head and 0. 01896μg/♀ respectively. The 3rd instar larva was the most insensitive to cantharidin, and the LD50 value was 0. 9005 μg/head.
