摘要
为探索黄体等级和黄体位置对胚胎移植后受体牛妊娠率的影响,便于在应用中准确判断受体牛是否可以进行移植,整理、统计分析了137头移植受体牛的记录资料,结果表明:"2次PG"法和"CIDR+PG"法处理受体牛,对形成黄体的等级没有影响;同期发情处理后,受体牛A、B、C级黄体的移植妊娠率分别为47.37%、42.86%和48.34%,黄体等级之间无明显差异(p>0.05);左、右侧黄体的妊娠率分别为43.63%和47.56%,移植时黄体存在的位置与移植妊娠率没有明显差异(p>0.05)。
The luteal position and rank data of 137 donor tattles was analyzed to investigate the effects on their pregnancy rate. The results show that the＂two-time PC＂ and ＂CIDR＋PG＂ method has no influence on the formed luteal rank of donor carries, the transfer pregnancy rate of donor eattles with A, B and C rank is 47. 37%, 42. 86% and 48. 34% respectively after estrus treatment and there is no significant difference（p〈0. 05）in the transfer pregnancy rate between donor cattles with A, B and C rank, and the pregnancy rate of donor cattles with left and right luteal is 43. 63% and 47. 56% separately and there is no significant difference in the transfer pregnancy rate between left and right luteal position.
