区域耕地资源安全综合评价——以重庆市为例

Comprehensive Evaluation on Security of Regional Cultivated Land Resources——Taking Chongqing city as an example

从区域耕地资源安全综合评价的内涵出发，运用层次分析法和对象属性解析法相结合的方法，建立区域耕地资源安全综合评价指标体系和评价模型，并对重庆市1997-2005年间耕地资源安全运行状况进行实证分析。结果表明：1997-2005年，重庆市耕地资源安全综合评价值处于稍不安全等级区间，其值呈明显增长趋势，重庆市耕地安全程度降低；从时间尺度上看，重庆市耕地资源安全态势大体可以分为两个阶段，即1997-2001年间的波动变化阶段和2002-2005年间的持续恶化阶段。

The index system and evaluation model for comprehensively estimating the security of regional cultivated land resources were established by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Object Properties Parse Process according to the connotation of comprehensive evaluation of regional cultivated land resource security The results from analyzing the functioning status of cultivated land resource security from 1997 to 2005 in Chongqing showed that its comprehensive evaluation value was in a slight un-security level interval and increased obviously, which means its security degree decreases, The condition of the cultivated land resource security can be divided into two phases, that is, the fluctuation phase was from 1997-2001 and sustainable worsen phase was from 2001-2005.
