谐波共焦显微镜的成像原理

摘要 根据非线性光学理论,讨论了谐波成像的原理和性质。通过二次谐波(SHG)、和三次谐波(THG)的耦合方程的讨论,指出SHG、THG成像具有很好的相干性,属于相干成像。这是因为,方程里没有含随机位相的项,却含有位相随样本厚度z变化的项。利用SHG、THG共焦显微镜成像的强度脉冲响应函数,导出截止频率表达式,同时表明了谐波成像原理的优越性。 Accrding to the theory of nonlinear optical, the properties of harmonic imagine have been discussed. The expression for the coupled equations of second and/or third harmonic generation indicate that the imaging processes of SHG and THG are the coherent imaging because there are not some terms including the random phase factor in the equation other than including the sample thickness. So the phase on the imaging plane would be affected by the sample thickness. Their cut - off space - frequencies have been derived from intensity impulse response functions, and the superiority of harmonic imaging principle was proved.
