摘要
利用面阵CCD采集汞灯衍射光谱图像;由计算机程序对采集的光谱图像进行处理,计算出不同波长谱线到零级谱线的间距L;然后根据光栅方程,实时计算出谱线的波长。该方法具有快捷、简便、精度高的特点,可应用于对光谱波长的实时测量。
The information of the dfffractive image of the mercury lamp is captured by the planar array CCD. The image of the mercury lamp spectrum is processed by the computer procedure, and the L spaces between the first order bright lines and the zero order of the spectral line at different wavelengths are also calculated. Then, the wavelengths of the spectral line are also worked out by the computer according to grating equation at the same time. Being provided with characters such as simple structure, quick detection and high precision, the method can be used to measure the wavelength of spectral line
