摘要
本文提出大功率半导体激光器(LD)对光纤耦合界面的烧蚀的理论假设,得出系统耦合效率随时间的变化关系为ηt=η0t-αβmsk=η0t-αβρ。制作出三种不同直径的光纤端面小球,并对其防烧蚀性能进行了实验研究。实验证明激光器对光纤的烧蚀主要集中在粘接剂区,且大直径的球端面光纤能有效的减小烧蚀对系统耦合效率的影响。从而证明了公式的正确性。
This paper gives a theoretical hypothesis witch explains the laser ablation of fiber end face by high- power semiconductor laser, and basic on the hypothesis we gained that coupling efficiency of the system is changing with time, such asηt=η0t^-αβm/sk==η0t^-αβρ.Three fibers with different diametral sphere -end are made and studied on the prevention of laser ablation. The experiment results expressed that the ablation mainly takes place in the binder region and effectively reduced by the fiber with big sphere - end.
