摘要 类金刚石膜具有很高的硬度、很小的摩擦系数、很高的化学稳定性和很好的生物相容性,在生物医学领域中具有巨大的应用价值。首先,论述了类金刚石薄膜的微观结构、物理化学特性和生物相容性以及它们之间的相互联系。总结了脉冲激光沉积类金刚石薄膜过程中实验参数对类金刚石薄膜的微观结构和特性的影响。为类金刚石薄膜的研究与生物医学应用提供一个参考。 Diamond- like carbon has the potential applications in the biomedicine because it possesses high mechanical hardness and low friction coefficient and chemical inertness and biocompatibility. The paper discusses the microstructure and physical and chemical characteristics and biocompatibility of diamond like carbon and the relation between microstructure and biocompatibility. It summarizes the influence of all kinds of parameters of pulsed laser deposition to microstructure and characteristic and biocompatibility of diamond like carbon and provides a reference for study and medical applications of diamond like carbon film.
