1,3-二氯-2-丁烯馏分的气相色谱分析

GAS CHROMATOGRAPHIC ANALYSIS OF THE DISTILLATE OF 1 ,3-DICHLORO-2-BUTENE

对用电石法生产2-氯-1,3-丁二烯的副产物1,3-二氯-2-丁烯(DCB)进行了气相色谱分析,采用阿皮松-L:聚乙二醇-20M:釉化6201担体=10:0.65:100的固定相填充柱分离出了馏分中的14个组分。用色谱-质谱联用法和IR法对其中的4个未知物分别定性为2-氯-2-丁二烯、1,3-二氯-1-丁烯、2-氯-3-丁酮和反式DCB。用内标法测定了DCB样品的组成。

The distillate of l,3-dichloro-2-butene ( DCB ) , the by-product of 2-chlore-l,3-butadiene prepared from calcium carbide, was determined by gas chromatographic analysis. Fourteen components in the distillate were separated completely by a column packed with 10 : 0.65 : 100 of Apiezon-L : carbowax-20 M : 6201-glazed supporter. Four of the components were identified by GC/MS and IR as 2-chloro-2-butene, 1,3-dich-loro-1-butene, 2-chloro-3-butanone and trans-l,3-dichloro-2-bu tene. The composition of DCB sample was determined by internal standard method.
