咳喘三伏贴对缓解期哮喘小儿IL-4 IFN-γ的影响

Effect of KeChuanSanFuTie on IL-4,IFN-γ in Children Patients in the Asthma Remission

目的:观察咳喘三伏贴穴位贴敷对哮喘小儿白细胞介素4(IL-4)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)的影响,探讨咳喘三伏贴防治小儿哮喘可能的作用机制。方法:将120例患儿随机分治疗组、对照组、空白组各40例,所有治疗在缓解期进行,治疗组分别在头伏、二伏、三伏的第1天穴位贴敷咳喘三伏贴。对照组给予西药斯奇康肌注。空白组缓解期不给予任何治疗。治疗前后对IL-4,IFN-γ进行测定和对比。结果:治疗前3组无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组、对照组与空白组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:咳喘三伏贴穴位敷贴可降低IL-4及增高IFN-γ水平,使TH1/TH2达到平衡,达到预防哮喘发作的目的。

Objective：To observe the influence on IL- 4, IFN-γ of KeChuanSanFuTie by applying on the points to children patients in the asthma remission phase in the dog days. Researching its possible function mechanism of KeChuanSanFuTie - pastes to prevent and control the asthma through the acupoint application. Methods ： 120 patients were randomly divided into three groups, 40 cases in each group. Treatment group was carried acupoint application on the tenth day in the dog days. 24 hours per time, altogether three times. Comparison group：Separately giving intramuscular injection Si Qikang ling or 2mg according to the age each time, twice a week, for three months. After this treatment,the other treatment had not been carried. Blank group： Any treatment had not been executed to the patients in the asthma remission phase. To examinate of the lever of IL-4 and IFN -γ before and after the treatment. Result：The level of IL- 4 and IFN -γ were examinted before and after the treatment：the treatment group was without significant difference comparing with the other two groups before the treatment by statistical analysis （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. There was distinctively difference comparing with before the treatment and the blank group（ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusions：KeChuanSanFuTie can remarkably depress the level of IL -4 and increase the level of IFN -γ,balance Thl/Th2. It would reach the goal to prevent athma.
