川芎嗪治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期的临床观察

Effect of Ligustrazine on Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease at Acute Exacerbation Stage

目的:探讨川芎嗪对改善慢性肺源性心脏病(肺心病)患者血液流变学及临床疗效的作用。方法:对照分析川芎嗪治疗组与常规治疗组在临床表现、血气指标、血液流变学方面的疗效。结果:川芎嗪组在全血、血浆比黏度、红细胞电泳时间、纤维蛋白原等血液流变学指标,以及临床表现、血气指标方面,显著好于对照组。结论:川芎嗪在改善肺心病患者血液流变学及临床疗效上作用肯定。

Objective:To discuss the efficiency of Ligustrazine(Lig)in blood rheology and clinical maniifestation in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease(CPHD).Methods:A comparison clinical trial was performed in 66 patients with CPHD at acute exacerbathion stage.The data of blood rheology,blood gas and clinical manfestation was analyzed.Results:In Lig group,the level of blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte electrophoresis time and fibrinogen were significantly lower than that of the control group.The results of blood gas and clinical manifestation were better.Conclusion:The application of Lig was definite efficacy in the patients with CPHD.
