虎斑游蛇醇提物对下丘脑单胺类神经递质含量的影响

摘要 目的:研讨虎斑游蛇醇提物镇痛作用机理与下丘脑单胺类神经递质含量变化的关系。方法:建立伤害性疼痛动物模型,通过化学荧光法,测定大鼠下丘脑组织中5-HT、5-HTAA、NE含量,观察虎斑游蛇不同浓度醇提物对其含量的影响。结果:虎斑游蛇醇提物对大鼠下丘脑组织中单胺类神经递质含量有影响,其中升高5-HT的含量、降低5-HTAA、NE的含量,且以高剂量组作用显著,呈量效关系。结论:虎斑游蛇醇提物镇痛作用机理之一与通过影响下丘脑单胺类神经递质含量有关,具有中枢镇痛作用。 Objective : Study on relation between mechanism of analgesic action of extraction of natrix tigrina lateralis by alcohol and monoamine neural transmitter in hypothalamus. Methods:Establishing ache models, observe on the content of 5 -HT,5 -HTAA, NE in hypothalamus of rats by chemical methods to study effect of extraction of natrix tigrina lateralis by alcohol to which. Results ~ Extraction of natrix tigrina lateralis by alcohol has action to content of monoamine neural transmitter in hypothalamus. It can pro- mote content of 5 -HT,inhabite content of 5 -HTAA and NE, the high growp has obvious effect. Conclusion:Analgesic action of extraction of natrix tigrina lateralis by alcohol effects antinociceptive in central nervous, the one of mechanism is related to effect the content of monoamine neural transmitter in hypothalamus.
