摘要
建立了转型期中国城市空间重构的一个制度分析框架,揭示了体制转型的基本特征及城市空间重构的基本方面,并重点评析了政府企业化治理、城市增长机器、二元规制环境等对城市空间重构的重要影响。
In this paper, an institutional analysis framework is established for the reconstruction of China＇s urban space in the transition period. It reveals the basic characteristics of institutional transition and aspects of urban space restructuring, emphatically evaluates the influences from such aspects as government entrepreneurialism governance, urban growth machine and dual regulation environment.
