在2008年初的电网冰灾事故中,导地线金具和绝缘子覆冰掉串是输电线路事故中常见的情况。文章对广东、贵州、云南和广西自治区四个省区的线路中导地线金具和绝缘子覆冰掉串情况进行了分类统计及原因分析,给出了导线绝缘子掉串的作用机理,为减少输电线路今后发生此类事故的概率提出了具体措施建议。

In the ice calamity accident of power grid on beginning of 2008, the common condition in the accident of transmission line was the ice loading on earth wire fittings and insulators. The paper made classified statistics and case study of transmission line fault caused by ice loading on earth wire fittings and insulators in Guangdong, Guizhou, Yunnan and Guangxi provinces, and analyzed the mechanism of wire insulator to lose the string. To reduce the probability of this kind of accident on transmission line in the future, the specific measure suggestions are put forward.
