新建燃煤电厂采用等离子点火装置取消燃油系统的风险分析

摘要 在新建燃煤电厂中采用等离子点火装置,取消燃油系统可以减少设备维护量,也可以减少粉尘排放。但同时也存在一定的技术风险,如机组启动的安全问题、等离子点火系统隔层点火方式、热备用、锅炉再热汽温调节等问题,并提出了相应的预防措施。 In the newly-built coal-fired power plant,to adopt the plasma ignition device and cancel the fuel oil system may reduce the maintenance work of equipment and decrease the discharge of dust,but a certain risk also existes,for example,the reliability problem of unit during start-up,the realization of ignition mode of every other layer in the plasma ignition system, and the regulation of reheat steam of boiler etc,problems.in view of the hidden danger:when the plasma ignition device is adopted,during the cold-state ignition and low load steady-state combustion of boiler,the slagging and burnt-out hidden dangers of burners easily occur,the paper puts forward the matters needing attention in the desiga optinization and debugging of burners,
