摘要
采用色谱法,以丁二醇乙二酸聚酯为固定液,对SBS生产回收环己烷中的重组分进行了分析。结果表明,待回收环己烷中含有以苯乙烯为主的14种重组分,含量为3600—11000 ppm;经各为40块塔板的脱水塔和脱重塔处理后,重组分已减少到9种,含量小于500 ppm,其中苯乙烯含量约占50%,该回收环己烷能满足聚合工艺要求。
The follow analysis of heavy components in recovered cyclohexane during SBS production was carried out by chromatography. Fourteen heavy components with a total content of 3600-11000ppm were found, among which styrene was the main component. After being treated by distillation in water and heavy component removing columns, the heavy components number in recovered cyclohexane was reduced from fourteen to nine, with a total content of 500 ppm, among which 50% was the styrene, and the recovered cyclohexane could meet the requirement of polymerization process.
