摘要
业务流程决定汽车生产的效率,业务流程管理工作在企业中十分重要。文章论述了在汽车生产业务中,以反映企业真实经营情况的相对简单、稳定及增值的流程,从流程分层、流程分析、流程优化及流程运行等方面着手,通过分析、改进、控制及推行的过程,优化企业业务流程,指出通过业务流程的优化,提高了效率和顾客满意度,减少了业务成本,提高了产品实物和工作质量,缩短了完成时间,促进服务质量发生了根本性改变,提高了企业绩效。
The operation flows determine auto production efficiency. And operation flow management is very important in an enterprise. In the auto production, with the relative simple, stable and increment flow that reflect the enterprise' management status, started with flow delamination, flow analysis, flow optimization and flow operation, in the course of analyzing, improving, controlling and promoting, optimize enterprise operation flows. It is indicated that with the optimization of operation flow efficiency and customers' satisfaction has been increased, operation cost has been reduced, product and working quality has been improved, finished time has been shortened, service quality has been changed ultimately and enterprise performance has been improved.
