The article was introduced in detail about PLC addopted in the main controlment, the head of kiln controlment and the end of kiln controlment of the full automatic tunnel kiln. It can control and alarm effectively of kiln＇s fan system, car automotive system, burning system, electrical parts overloading and all temperature and pressure troubles. Controlling the PLC programmed circuit can make the whole kiln run expediently and safely.
