摘要
用差热分析法测得氯化氯丁橡胶(CCR)的T_g为83℃。用热重分析(TG)法确认CCR存在三个失重阶段,第一阶段的失重温度和失重率分别为110—180℃和2%—7%,最大失重率温度为120℃;第二阶段的失重温度为200—400℃,最大失重率温度为310℃,是脱HCl的主要阶段。CCR的热稳定性优于聚氯乙烯,比氯丁橡胶(CR)稍差,其脱HCl反应的活化能为123KJ/mol。用TG法测得的氯含量与传统的化学分析法结果的相对偏差小于1.5%;由本法所得结果,可以确定CR氯化的最佳工艺条件;本法具有简便、快速等优点。
The glass transition temperature of chlorinated polychloroprene rubber (CCR), determined by differential thermal analysis ( DTA ), was 83°C. It was confirmed by thermogravimetry ( TG ) that CCR possessed three weight lose stages. The first stage occurred at 110-180°C with the weight lose rate 2%-7%, and with the peak weight lose rate at 120°C. The second stage occurred at 200-400°C, was the main stage of dehydrochlorination with the peak weight lose rate at 310°C. The thermal stability of CCR was better than that of PVC.but lower than that of chloroprene rubber (CR). The activation energy of dehydrochlorination was 123 kJ/mol. The relative deviation of chlorine content measurements between TG and traditional chemical analysis was less than 1.5%, and the results by TG could be used for determing the optimum operation conditions for the chlorination of CR.
