应用型人才培养的“3+1”模式初探

On the "3+1" Educating Mode in Practice-Oriented University

应用型本科院校是高教大众化时代高等教育多元化发展的一个必然趋势。但如何突现"应用型"、如何与市场对接、如何服务地方经济社会发展尚待深入研究和实践。文章提出的"3+1"人才培养模式是在实践中探索出的一条切实可行的培养应用型人才途径。

To develop practice-oriented undergraduate university is an inevitable trend when the higher education is become popularized and diversified. Still there are much research and practice to be done on subjects in practice-oriented university, like how to display the features of being practice-oriented, how to connect with the talents market and how to serve the local economies. This paper makes a discussion on this type of higher education by presenting ＂3＋ 1＂ educating mode.
